Mr. and Mrs. Teztlaff Wedding- June 19,2010!!!!
Back to the wedding, we had a wonderful 4 day celebration starting out with the bachelorette party Thursday, set-up, rehearsal and grooms dinner Friday, and the festivities were on Saturday, concluding with gift opening and breakfast Sunday!
I really do enjoy weddings! To see the uniting of two people who love God and each other! The desire to follow God together and grow together is really cool, and that God would bless us with someone to share life with. To me the fun part about weddings are the creative theme/styles of each one in the decorating aspect etc. It is funny to me that we spend all of this time to prepare for one day! I think its worth it though!!
So Sunday morning, I made my mom's famous (well, to my family) egg bake, and it turned out, which is awesome because I was nervous! One piece of advice: "Don't offer to make breakfast for close family of the bride and groom without trying the recipe prior to that day".
Bride, Groom and Groomsman waiting before the wedding!
This is a glimpse of how much fun these folks are!! I know, you wish you could be there friends, and you should!
My dad showed me an article about a lady who had been in 39 weddings and was becoming the bride herself. I have been in a lot of weddings so far and I will reveal the full count at the end of the summer when I have completed my wedding participation for the summer season!
