Parents' Visit !!!

Having my parents here was SUCH a blessing! Here are a bunch of photos to show you our time together. Unfortunately, Dad has all the photos of them with the kids at Smile Africa!
Our first trip on the Post Bus to Tororo!

First of 3 falls at Sipi Falls! The 2.5 hour bumpy drive there was worth this view...and the others below!

Camelion!

COFFEE!!!!!!

These are some homes of the local people. The top is dried grass, they also use dried banana leaves and that actually keeps them cooler!

Pastor Amos! He has such a heart for prison ministry in the Tororo area. He was  so willing to take us up to Sipi Falls! He loved the hike and the beauty! This man has such a heart for the Lord.

View overlooking Uganda from the top of Falls #2

We're at the top!

Nadine, Sarah, Holly, and I.... this picture shows a glimpse of the fun we have together!

We stopped and checked out the cave during our waterfalls hike!

Bottom of Falls #2!

Holly and I at the bottom of Falls #2!

I could have sat on these rocks all day and listened to the water come down! It was so relaxing and beautiful!
Easter Sunday! We went to Pastor Amos' church. When you are the visitor at a church you always get to sit up front! (not always my favorite) LtoR: Pastor Amos, Catherine, Nadine, Philip, and Sarah.
The Congregation at church. They have such a heart for worship and singing. It was a really fun service. We each shared something that God had put on our hearts. The topic that flowed through each of us was God's Love for everyone.
After church we headed to the assistant Pastor's home for lunch. Here's the crew that was there!

Our Easter photo!
Dad, Mom, Me, Holly, Sarah and Nadine :)
I think I mentioned this to Mom and Dad but their visit was such a blessing because it is so difficult to truly describe what life is like here and how it is impacting me. It is so good to know that they will fully understand what I will be sharing when I get home.
