This will also be the first of 25 Christmas’ that there is NO snow where I am! wow, I actually miss it!! So it doesn’t really feel like the Christmas season and we decided to change that and decorate our room! We have made a Christmas Tree out of red and green paper chains! I also put together a wreath out of the paper chains! It was a lot of fun to make them while watching a Christmas movie! We also found a string of blue lights in Kampala and they are actually still working so hopefully they last through Christmas! Its really funny how decorations can change your mood, the atmosphere where you are, even the coloring of the walls. What a difference your attitude is when where you live is comforting, or encouraging place. Think about it.....its very interesting.

ReplyDeleteWe went to the UND hockey game on Saturday night with your folks and saw in the New Year together (12/31/11). We had a really nice time!!
